Steve is one of Australia’s leading security experts – in both strategic and operational domains. He has over 30 years’ experience at all levels of management. His 19 years at Panthers included 3 years as GM of Penrith Panthers following a long term in the role of Corporate Security & Surveillance Director. Steve was the Founding Chairman of the Australasian Security and Gaming Council. Steve’s extensive and deep understanding of the challenges facing large events and hospitality venues brings enormous value to Exact clients.

Craig Merritt

Operations Manager

Craig’s 25 years of experience in the hospitality sector, primarily in management and senior management roles, has covered operations, security, and customer service. He is highly organised and well-versed in security industry practices and compliance. Known for his strong people skills, excels in written and verbal communications, and is an accomplished trainer. Craig’s values align with those of Exact Security, emphasising respect, integrity, commitment, and honesty. He is dedicated to clear communication, forming personal relationships, coaching, and mentoring staff, and leading by example. Craig aims to bring professionalism, technical skills, and a commitment to Exact’s clients

Amanda South

Business Manager

Amanda is responsible for the quality performance arm of Exact Security. She has 25 years’ experience working within registered clubs – such as Penrith Panthers & St Marys League Club – and the security industry. This experience includes:

• Sureveillance Operator/ Rostering Co-ordinator,
• Executive Personal Assistant,
• Club Promotions Manager,
• Club Front Of House Manager,
• Club Duty Manager,
• Business Performance Manager.

Her qualifications include:

• Certificate IV in Adminstration,
• Certificate IV in Frontline Management,
• Certificates of Attainment in Quality Management,
• Certificate of Attendance in Internal Auditor Training,
• Diploma of Leadership and Management.

Norm Semaan

Security Manager (Sydney Markets)

Norm is an experienced Executive Manager with a demonstrated history in the Security Industry. Focused on Leadership, Strategic Management, Planning Operations and High Performance. Skilled in Team Management and Personnel Coaching, Norm is extremely client-focused and his objectives ensure Exact clients receive the best available service. Norm has been involved in the security sector for over 25 years, and he has extensive experience within the registered club, hospitality and gaming industries. While Norm’s main focus is clearly on Sydney Markets his expertise and experience is a cornerstone of Exact’s operations.

Marcus Donnamurra

Security Manager

After spending 15 years in the hospitality sector as cook, chef and manager Marcus switched to Security. His last 6 years have been in the role of Security Supervisor at Sydney’s Star Casino where he developed and applied a range of skills including emergency preparedness, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and administrative processes. At Exact he applies these skills to ensure the delivery of Exact’s services.

Max Cowan

Marketing Manager

Max’s experience covers teaching, coaching, statistical analysis, marketing and management. His 20 years at Panthers leading the marketing department saw unprecedented growth in all areas. His educatiional achievements include majors in both Pure Mathematics and Mathematical Statistics from the University of Sydney.

Nicole Braxton

Finance Manager

Her many years of experience with Exact Security and previously with Lend Lease and NSC Group is backed by her Advanced Diploma of Accountancy. Every aspect of Exact finance and accountancy functions are managed by Nicole.
